Pay per session.
No hidden fees.

TMP uses a pay-per-use model. Your hospital or GP practice only pays when a patient session creates real integration value between your healthcare professionals and a connected transmural data provider.

What is a patient session?

Pricing is built around the concept of a patient session: a concrete transmural care interaction supported through TMP.

A patient session represents a complete transmural care interaction: a healthcare professional launches TMP from the EHR, selects a provider inside the TMP Portal, the data provider monitors or delivers care, and structured results are returned to your EHR.

A session can span multiple days, weeks, or months depending on the care path. It is counted once, regardless of duration or the volume of data exchanged.

One session. One price.

Pricing FAQ

What exactly is a patient session?
A patient session is a single transmural care interaction for one patient with a provider through TMP. It starts when a healthcare professional initiates a monitoring or care request and ends when the result is delivered back to the EHR. Duration can range from days to months; it is still counted as one session.

The standard rate is € 0.50 per session. For specific high-volume or structural programmes, reach out to discuss whether a tailored arrangement makes sense.

TMP does not charge hospitals or practices a fixed onboarding or platform fee. Your EHR vendor may have their own integration costs for embedding TMP Portal.
What if a session spans several months?
Session duration does not affect pricing. A session that spans one session at € 0.50. There are no time-based or data-volume components in the session fee. For continuous monitoring, a session has a maximum duration of 1 year.
Is there a cost to get connected initially?
TMP does not charge hospitals or practices a fixed onboarding or platform fee. Your EHR vendor may have their own integration costs for embedding TMP Portal; contact us and we will help clarify what applies to your situation.
Why does TMP charge both the practice / hospital and the data providers?
Both sides benefit from the shared integration layer: healthcare professionals get structured results into their EHR, providers get standardised access to hospitals and practices without one-off integrations. The model reflects that by splitting the contribution equally. This means the cost per side is significantly lower than what a bilateral integration project would cost.
Can we start with a pilot?
Yes. Because there are no fixed fees, a pilot is simply a small number of sessions. You can start with a single department or practice and a single connected provider, then expand as adoption grows.
Is the TMP Proxy included in the session price?
No. TMP Proxy is an optional add-on charged per gigabyte of data transferred. In practice the proxy cost is negligible compared to the session fee for typical monitoring payloads.
How is usage reported and invoiced?
TMP generates usage reports that show sessions by provider and care path. For hospitals, reports can be broken down by department; for GP practices, by care path or referring practitioner. Invoicing is done periodically based on actual session counts.
Can pricing differ for very high-volume care paths?
The standard rate is € 0.50 per session. For specific high-volume or structural programmes, reach out to discuss whether a tailored arrangement makes sense.
Why does TMP use a pay-per-use model?
Pay-per-use keeps the barrier to start low: no fixed platform fees means hospitals and GP practices can begin with a pilot and expand at their own pace. Costs follow actual adoption rather than capacity estimates, and the price per session is fixed and known upfront, making internal budgeting straightforward. Both healthcare professionals and data providers benefit from the shared integration layer, so each side contributes equally (€ 0.50 per session) instead of funding separate one-off integrations. As more hospitals and providers join, the value of each session grows while the relative cost of access stays flat.
