Reach out to support@transmuralplatform.eu to receive the organisation-specific TMP identifier and secret. This is the only credential set you will need.
Follow the route supported by your EHR vendor or TMP adapter. If your EHR already has a TMP integration path, this is mainly a configuration step. Hospitals on a custom EHR can follow the general EHR integration guidance.

After the EHR launch path is in place, TMP Portal becomes the operational layer for your organisation. Here you can manage the providers available to your healthcare professionals, the data shared with them, and the information retained for audit and reporting purposes.
TMP Portal shows the context received from the EHR: the current prescriber or organisation, the data providers available, and the previous telemonitoring sessions already started for the patient. If a provider supports actions such as cancel or stop, those are exposed in the same view.
Configure how long TMP Portal keeps request-related information after a session has completed. Retention windows range from 30 days up to 5 years.
Providers can be grouped into domains so healthcare professionals only see the subset of providers relevant to their workflow or specialty context. This keeps rollout manageable across departments and care pathways.
TMP can integrate with virtual ward systems. Patient context is shared when the telemonitoring session is accepted, and monitoring data is shared back when TMP receives the outcome from the provider.
