Standardised patient context on every session When a healthcare professional starts a session, TMP delivers structured patient context directly to your API: patient identifier, patient information, prescribing healthcare professional, organisation, ... And the possibility to easily ask supplementary information if needed.
Return results directly into the EHR Post results to TMP at any point during or after a session and they land in the patient's EHR record automatically. Interim updates, partial reports, and final results are all supported. Result types: PDF report, dashboard link, or structured data.
Full session lifecycle control Your solution manages the full session state via the API: accept, start, update, complete, or cancel. TMP tracks each transition and makes the current status visible to the healthcare professional in real time.
