A new analytics dashboard in the Transmural Platform Console gives prescriber organisations a clear view of their telemonitoring sessions.
As a hospital administrator overseeing transmural care, one of the most common questions you face is deceptively simple: is this actually working? How many patients are actively being monitored? Is the platform being used? Are the right care providers delivering results?
With the Insights feature in the Transmural Platform Console, your administration team now has a clear, real-time view of exactly how your telemonitoring integrations are performing, without any technical expertise required.
What Is the Insights Feature?
Insights is a dashboard available within your organisation on the Transmural Platform. It gives administrators a structured, visual overview of all the Transmural Care sessions being initiated through the platform, broken down by connected application and data provider.
The Transmural Platform (TMP) standardizes the integration between hospital EHR systems and remote monitoring providers. Whether your patients are being monitored via Cardiocare, Remecare, or another connected provider, all that activity is captured and presented in one unified view.
What Can You See?
The Insights dashboard shows you session activity at a glance:
- Monthly session totals across all connected applications, with a comparison to the previous month so you can immediately spot trends or drops in usage.
- Per-application breakdowns, showing which monitoring providers are being actively used and what share of total sessions they account for.
- Visual charts so you can see at a glance how usage has evolved over months or even the past year.
- A detailed data table listing session counts per application per month, including a period total across your entire history on the platform.
You can filter the chart to show the last 3, 6, or 12 months, or view all historical data at once, which is useful for quarterly reporting, evaluations, or conversations with your management team.

Why Does This Matter for Your Team?
Immediate visibility
Before Insights, understanding platform usage required pulling logs or waiting for reports from your IT department. Now, your administration team can open the console, navigate to Insights, and see a complete picture of your telemonitoring activity in seconds, without any technical background needed.
Early warning for usage drops
If sessions suddenly drop, you’ll see it immediately. This allows administrators to quickly flag the issue and investigate whether a technical problem is at play, or whether clinical workflows have changed, before it escalates.
Data to support management reporting
Whether you’re reporting to hospital leadership, evaluating the value of a monitoring provider contract, or preparing a quality review, Insights gives you concrete, time-stamped data to back up your case. You can clearly show which providers are actively contributing to patient monitoring and which ones are underutilised, making contract and partnership decisions easier to justify.
Multi-provider overview in one place
The Transmural Platform connects hospitals with 15+ transmural data providers. Insights reflects that complexity clearly, showing all your connected applications side by side so administrators can compare activity and make informed decisions about the organisation’s Transmural Care portfolio.
Part of a Broader Vision
The Transmural Platform was built on a simple premise: transmural care (care that crosses the boundary between hospital and home) should be seamless, standardized, and secure. Since 2021, TMP has helped connect hospital EHR systems with remote monitoring providers, enabling more than 6,000 patients to be measured in clinical practice.
The Insights feature is a natural extension of that vision. It’s not just about making data flow; it’s about making that data visible and actionable for the people who matter most: the clinicians and care coordinators who depend on it every day.
